Refund policy

Due to the delicate nature of our products and formulas, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or products that are returned without authorization.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from purchase date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



To start a return, please contact us at support@hrdaskin.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If a return authorization is granted, you have up to 7 days to ship your return. If you do not ship within 7 days, your shipping label will expire, and you will need to initiate another return. Please follow the prompts to create your return label and drop off at an authorized UPS location. Once the item(s) is received, you will receive a Return Confirmation email, and pending review, you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. 



Please note return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Additionally, 15% return service fee will apply. Refused shipments or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect shipping addresses will not be refunded. You can always contact us for any question regarding return and refund at support@hrdaskin.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@hrdaskin.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In the case of items damaged during shipping, please save the box, packing materials and the merchandise and email us immediately at support@hrdaskin.com. We will provide you with a label for a return. Upon receipt, we will inspect the damaged box and the item(s) and process a replacement to you as soon as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift Cards, all Sale Items, purchases made with Special Discount Offers and during Special Sales Events (including Gift with Purchase, Pop-up, Markets, etc.) are final sale and are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. Please request a return of the items you no longer want and place a new order.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return and the refund was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If your refund was not approved, we will contact you via email. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@hrdaskin.com. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns in all instances.
